3. Band Merchandise
3.1 All band merchandise is sold subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit the quantity of any item sold.
3.2 We make every effort to display the colors and images of our products accurately. However, we cannot guarantee that your computer monitor’s display of any color will be accurate.

4. Concert Tickets
4.1 All ticket sales are final. No refunds, exchanges, or cancellations are permitted unless the event is canceled or rescheduled.
4.2 In the event of a cancellation or rescheduling, we will offer refunds or exchanges in accordance with the event organizer’s policies.
4.3 We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged tickets.

5. Shipping and Delivery
5.1 Shipping costs will be added to the total price of your order and will be indicated at checkout.
5.2 We aim to dispatch merchandise orders within 3 business days. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination.
5.3 We are not responsible for any delays in shipping caused by the carrier or any other external factors.

6. Returns and Refunds
6.1 We accept returns for merchandise within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is unused and in its original packaging.

6.3 Refunds will be processed using the original payment method within 5 business days of receiving the returned item.
